$100/Month Your membership will include: One-on-one coaching bi-weekly sessions. Email/chat support: Ongoing support and accountability between sessions. Resources: Worksheets, workbooks, journals, and/or other tools and resources. Goal setting and ongoing assessment: An initial session to map goals, followed by ongoing progress reviews and re-evaluation for additional progress.
