Scripture:

“There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” — Romans 8:1

Reflection:
For many of us who survived chaos, guilt became a constant companion.
We feel guilty for resting, for saying no, for needing help.
We even feel guilty for healing — as if peace is something we have to earn.

But beloved, that’s not how grace works.
Guilt chains you to the past; grace invites you to breathe in the present.

When Jesus said “It is finished,” He meant it.
You don’t have to replay old mistakes or re-punish yourself for what’s already been redeemed.
Let your nervous system learn what your spirit already knows:
You are free.

Lolli Pause & Pray:
Place your hand on your chest.
Breathe in deeply and whisper: “I receive Your grace.”
Exhale slowly: “I release this guilt.”
Repeat until your body begins to soften into His peace.
