Do three physiological sighs: inhale… small sip of air… long, slow exhale.

What small boundary would protect my peace (time block, “not now,” clearer ask)?
What evidence of God’s nearness did I notice (a kind word, a breath that deepened, a verse that surfaced)?

Lord Jesus, You are nearer than my racing thoughts.
Slow my body, steady my mind, and shepherd my heart.
Teach me Your unforced rhythms of grace.
I release the outcomes I can’t control and receive the peace only You give.
Order my minutes, soften my tone, and let love guide my work.
